Coaching is specific, time-limited and goal-oriented. Coaching focuses on identifying goals, using intentions, creating a mission statement to guide choices, creating realistic steps to move toward a specific goal, and maintaining motivation.
Coaching is appropriate if you have a specific goal (or would like help identifying a specific goal) and are looking for support with accountability, problem-solving, creating and organizing steps toward goal achievement and identifying and coping with barriers/stumbling blocks.
