Agreement

These terms govern your use of the RealHelp Therapy public website, reflection resources, and inquiry tools. Clinical psychotherapy is governed by separate informed-consent, privacy, fee, cancellation, and care agreements provided through the clinical booking process.

RealHelp Therapy operates in Ontario, Canada. Psychotherapy is available only where Yvonne is authorized to provide it and after suitability and scope are confirmed.

Information not treatment

Website articles, videos, questionnaires, workbooks, and other resources are general educational information. They are not psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis support, financial planning, legal advice, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.

Using the website, downloading a resource, or sending an inquiry does not create a therapist-client relationship. A clinical relationship begins only through the applicable intake and informed-consent process.

Emergencies

This website is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or at risk of harm, call 911 in Canada or contact an appropriate crisis service. Do not use a website form for urgent care.

Resources and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content and downloadable resources are owned by RealHelp Therapy. You may print or save a resource for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, republish, remove attribution from, or use the materials to imply endorsement without written permission.

Third-party services

The site may link to Jane App, Psychology Today, social platforms, crisis resources, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. A link does not guarantee or endorse every statement on a third-party site.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, interfere with its operation, scrape content at scale, or use our materials in a way that misrepresents RealHelp Therapy or Yvonne Zhu.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, RealHelp Therapy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this public website or reliance on general educational content.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
