Workshops & support groups

Shared experiences that make hard conversations easier to begin.

Yvonne facilitates practical, welcoming group experiences for communities, parents, workplaces, and institutions.

For organizations

Flagship experience

Wealth Flow Simulation

An experiential workshop that helps participants notice the beliefs, emotions, and relationship patterns shaping financial choices—without reducing the conversation to a lecture or spreadsheet.

Public cohort dates are announced as they open. Inquire to hold interest for the next Wealth Flow or parent cohort, to host a seminar, or to plan a private group.

Notice the pattern

Participants see how stress, values, risk, and relationships can influence decisions.

Practice the conversation

Facilitated reflection creates a safer language for discussing money and trade-offs.

Carry it forward

Each group leaves with practical questions and next steps suited to its context.

Hosted seminars

Bring a facilitated conversation to your community.

These seminars are hosted by invitation for libraries, associations, faith groups, community centres, and families. Ask about bringing one to your group.

Money, Family & Peace of Mind

A practical, relationship-centred seminar for older adults, families, and community hosts about preparing early, reducing risk, and having better conversations.

Older adults, adult children, care partners, and community groups

Parent support cohorts

A facilitated space for the realities families carry.

Small-group cohorts can support parents navigating pressure, identity, communication, and the desire to build healthier emotional and financial patterns for the next generation.

Yvonne also supports youth money literacy through Root & Rise Global Youth Alliance—a separate community program for high-school students, not therapy and not a RealHelp Therapy service. Visit Root & Rise

Designed around the room

Community groups, workplaces, and institutions.

Format, length, audience, accessibility needs, and learning goals are clarified before each engagement. Virtual delivery leads Year 1; select facilitated formats can be discussed.

Questions

Questions

Are these workshops psychotherapy?

No. Workshops, parent cohorts, and hosted seminars are educational and facilitative. They are not a substitute for individual or couples therapy, emergency care, or financial planning.

Can our library, workplace, or community group host a seminar?

Yes. Hosted seminars such as Money, Family & Peace of Mind are arranged by inquiry. There are no public tickets; hosts request a date, audience, and format in English or Mandarin.

How do we plan a workshop or hold a place in a cohort?

Send a short inquiry. Public dates are announced as they open. Private groups, workplaces, and institutions can also request a tailored session.
